The Industrial Knowledge Problem
Industrial organizations preserve final deliverables but rarely preserve the structured path from context and evidence to expert decision and eventual outcome. PDICON Intelligence is designed to make that missing path trainable.

The intelligence gap sits between the files.
RFQs, drawings, comparisons and reports preserve outputs. They rarely reconstruct what an engineer noticed, which evidence changed the recommendation, why a deviation was accepted, or whether the decision performed well later.
Documents are evidence, not workflow data.
A folder can answer what was delivered. It cannot reliably answer how the decision was produced, corrected and validated across project execution.
Reading engineering text is not operational expertise.
A general model does not inherently know a project constraint, evidence hierarchy, approval structure, commercial consequence or local operating standard.
Process / controlled sequence
From input to accountable outcome.
- 01Project work is distributed across tools
- 02Decision rationale remains in expert memory
- 03Close-out is archived away from the original choice
- 04The next project reconstructs learning manually
Design boundary
What the system will not pretend to be.
Not a storage problem alone
More files do not create a trainable representation of expert work.
Not solved by a chatbot
Plausible language cannot replace evidence, lineage and approval.
Not solved without outcomes
A confident recommendation cannot be judged without project reality.
